  Untrained and undisciplined employees. The food was OK for an expensive fast food joint. But the atmosphere was lousy. The coffee was burnt. You could smell it as soon as you walked in the door. Complained and then they took their time to make a fresh pot.

  This place is great. Sometimes the food is really good and other times, not so much. Nice people though. Love their breakfast menu.

  service is terrible. They mixed my order with som else's and they notice it, but didn't tell. I had to go back and tell what happened. The manager got at me getting the wrong order and said it was my fault.
  While I was waiting on my order to be replaced the manager was talking about how my I was not smart to look if my order was the right order. She tought that could hear her or that didn't under English.
